2)What did this blood pay for?

It looks like I was replaced and even bartered for. His life for my life. Makes me think of slavery. We were in the garden of Eden, we broke the law and lost dominion over this planet. It would seem that Adam and Eve were under the jurisdiction of the new ruler of this world. We seem to be in double trouble. Left alone we are slaves to the devil who wants our homage and zero access to the tree of life so death looks to be an inevitability. Because we are all related to Adam, we all bear his death marked, Satan bondaged existence. The verse says that we are REDEEMED. Who set the price tag to be blood? God or Satan? Did Jesus redeem us from the Devils Dominion or death?
